you need to download a client...
such as bitlord or azureus... i like azureus because it just seems a bit more stable.
then... you need to go to a torrent site and download the torrent.
it's as easy as that!
the sites i go to are:
torrentreactor.net
and torrentspy.com

Download a torrent from a website like < http://thepiratebay.org/ > or < http://www.demonoid.com/ >

Then, download a Bit Torrent client like < http://www.bitcomet.com/ > or < http://www.utorrent.com/ >

After your client is installed, double-click the torrent file you downloaded, and it should automatically load into the program, and begin downloading from your peers.

bear share is a bit torrent AND a p2p as well as a media player i would recomend using tht its straight forward
