The best way to gain weight back is drinking soda or eating before you go to bed. Your body is begging to shut down so it does not have the high matabolisn like it does during the day so all the food you consume turns into fat and is stored.

When my grandpa lost alot of weight, the doctor told him to drink a milk shake every day to start gaining weight. You could try that!!!

The answer is to eat! In moderation though.

Carb rich meals will be beneficial here but without knowing a little more about you It's difficult to comment indepthly as each individual will respond differently to diet plans.

Perhaps you can elaborate a little further

Drink slim fast, booster, etc. with your meals. That will give you about 300 more calories a meal. Also, try drinking real ice cream sodas - lots of calories. Or fruit smoothies.

don't do so much exercising but don't stop eat a little more
