I am a female, and I work with a female who is constantly staring at me (and my ta ta's.) I work in an office, and it is really creeping me out. I am concerned that if I reported it to H.R. that it would come back to haunt me. Furthermore, since it is the same gender, it would be VERY AWKWARD! What do I do?

Have you thought that maybe she's jealous? If she hasnt made any remarks that would be un-appropriate then dont go as far a talking to HR. HR rules every company. They have power that we only dream of.

At this point just take it as flattery and that she thinks you as something she would on day hope to be. If it goes any further report her to HR. BUT, remember you need hard facts to back up your claim or it goes nowher and would be really awkward.

How would you handle it if it were a man? If it is only staring be flattered on the inside and ignore it on the outside.

Maybe she is near-sighted and isn't actually staring at you.
