you have an embarrassing condition (so people won't ask you about it later on, not so bad that they have to tell some one,eg a breast job, i assume u r a man) that your bosses will sympatise with but in no way affects your work after the week, you should makie it subtley seem like it benefits them in some way but this should be indirect.
