No. This is something more significant. It sounds like you're having an issue with anxiety or you could possibly have an endocrine disorder. Please visit your primary care physician so a physical imbalance can be either diagnosed or ruled out and then go from there.

A lot depends on your age. Tiredness usually results from lack of sleep. There is a wide range of things which can cause nose bleeds and head aches. Anything from allergies to high blood pressure, which would include nervous and dizzy feelings. You need to go see you doctor. Even if it's one of the minor things you need to have it checked out.

I'd say that sounds more like stress...trembling, nervousness, you're sleep-deprived, and even head-ache.
Although the nose bleeding could be a cold or your immune system is low.

It sounds like a reaction to a medication. Have you started taking any antihistamines lately? They tend to dry out your sinuses which could lead to headaches and nosebleeds. They also may contribute to a shaky/nervous feeling. You should speak to a doctor soon. He/She may be able to prescribe something with less side effects. Take care.

The other symtoms could be, but I doubt the nose bleeds are from being tired. I would go and see a doctor if I were you and get checked out.

The headache is probably from the nosebleed. Please give yourself a gift:GO TO THE DOCTOR FOR A CHECKUP. Make an appointment right now. Don't you want to know what is going on and how to treat it so you can feel like you again?

Get a complete checkup/workup from a local M.D., P.A., or nurse/practitioner! Those symptoms sound fairly serious,
and I wouldn't place my bets on getting a diagnosis here,
that's for sure!

It is not common for stress to cause nosebleeds. Have you had your blood pressure checked? A high blood pressure can cause nose bleeds, headaches and feeling agitated to the point of passing out. Please see your practice nurse for a well women health check.

It sounds like a bit more than just tiredness to me. I think it would be best to have a word with your GP.
