Totally clean the burner assembly, use a tip cleaner and wire brush should solve the problem. Good luck

Simplest way is to get a new burner which should be changed every couple of years anyway. They are not hard to change at all. Just follow the directions and you should be all set.

take the burner out to clean it, there is obviously something in it blocking the gas from reaching that part of the burner

mine was like that, i had to use a safety pin and clear the holes. its because multiple holes are clogged.
