I know adobe auditon is a really good editing program. You can your songs, you'll just have to find a place that lets you upload files into ringtones.

Something else that you can use, go to www.mixxer.com and you'll have to sign up. It's free, this site lets you upload any MP3 formatted songs. You can place what part you want as the ringtone as well. The only catch is you'll have format what part in seconds yourself. I hope that was helpful.

Good Luck!

Hey there-you may want to use the basic Windows Sound recorder. You can record music, edit it by mixing files into the sound and/or inserting and embedding new files into it. There are other effects like "reverse" sound on it and "add echo". You can then convert it into an MP3 using a wave--->mp3 converter-then to get it back into your phone you would re-record the sound and you'd have to save it as maybe a midi file (is that what they use on phones), and then put it back on your phone-not sure how you do that though.

Good luck!
