You didn't mention the mass of the bullet, the size of the apple, the volume of material ejected, the exit velocity of the bullet, the strength of the skin of the apple, etc.
There are so many variables that you have not mentioned, not to mention the fact that the juice would not be concentrated and would probably be ejected at a number of different velocities depending on which direction and location the juice was ejected from the apple. It's a virtually impossible question to answer accurately.
Your best bet would be to carry out experiments within a controlled environment using a variety of ammunition and fruit, and record the results using a high speed camera.

Its missing to many variables, the juice coming out at a 0* with the bullet would be traveling faster then the juice coming out at a 45* , plus about 15% of the bullets energy would be expelled in the apple causing it to explode, on top of that the apple is not a good conductor of energy, long story short the apple would explode at about 20-30 m/sec

164.316 m/s in the direction of the bullet is the maximum velocity of the fluid inside the apple. The actual speed will be somewhat lower or higher depending on the circumstances. Interestingly, this result does not depend on the caliber of the bullet, as most readers might expect.

the galaxies rotate at speeds inconsistent with their obvious mass is by using the fact we do see all of it. i'm pertaining to it as being the theoretical dark count number. There are very solid proofs that shows that dark count number exist. One the is the inconsistent velocity of and obvious mass. dark count number makes up approximately seventy 5% to eighty% of the project interior the Universe...
