When you get all the horseshoes, your gambling skill gets higher but also it increases your percentage and also you get loads of guns outside of Woozies casino. don't know where to get a ladder truck though!

You get more luck when gambling. The games go your way more.
As for a ladder truck, find a fire station, or start a fire so a truck shows up, and jack it.

-A M4 rifle, A SPAZ shotgun, remote bombs & a MP5 will be spawned in front of Woozie's 4 dragon casino.
-Your luck at gambling will increase.
