my hips are really none defined, im in my mid twenties, and i would like and hourglass figure, can someone suggest a useful website or exercises that can help please

Sorry but it is in our genes. I would love to have more of a butt too! I am stuck with what is called a "apple" shape. I know many women who would love to have your shape who are "pear" shaped. They have a butt! I think yours is called a "rectangular" shape. There isn't much that you can do except maybe have some fat injected into your hips by a plastic surgeon.
I think it is better to just be happy with what god gave you and do the best with it. Keep it healthy and live long!

I suggest liking what you have! There will come a day when you will WISH you had the body you have right now.
You can accentuate the positive and play up the rest. If you love the skin you're in, everyone else will too. Its more about attitude than it is about reality.

I had a boy's figure too. Partly because I am six feet tall. I only developed a feminine figure after having my child. Not that it is that helpful, but having a kid will help you to develop hips.

My dear, if you try to increase hips, may be your waist also would be large, and large would be your body. Be contented and do not look much at your body. Concentrate on career and knowledge

have a fw kids then you'll be saying how you liked the way you were before, be happy the way you are, you'll soon widen out, kids, age etc

how i wish I had small hips. you are lucky. just wait till you have a baby, those hips will widen and then you will be perfect.
