I have this plant that was potted with outdoor's dirt. There are actually bugs that you would see outside crawling among the dirt, giant green toadstools, etc. How would I go about repotting and riddening the plant of these pests. I am scratching as I write this. This is a very beautiful plant and I don't want it to die or have to kill it because of these pests attacking other household plants.

It sounds like you probably have armadillo or pill bugs. Whenever I bring in my outside plants for the winter, there is a couple of things I do that should help you. For plants in containers(pots) I fill a large tub about half full of water, making sure the top of the plant pot is below the rim of the tub of water. I immerse the pot into the water until the whole pot is under water. Any insects in the pot and dirt will rise to the top and either swim to the edge of the tub where I can pick them off or brush them off or they will climb the plant and I can do the same thing. I add water to the tub if I didn't have enough to fill about 2-3 inches over the top of the plant container.
If the tub is not available, try stopping up the drain holes and filling the pot with water to the top and lift out the bugs as they appear. When all your bugs are out, allow the pot to drain for a while after removing from the tub. make sure the drains in the pot are uncovered if you covered them up. I suspect your garden dirt retained too much water for your potted plant. The tilth(drainage) of the soil was not condusive to potted plants.
If your plant is ready to re-pot here is a suggestion to keep insects from getting into the pot from the drain holes at the bottom of the pot:
Use nursery shade cloth, a losely woven material, that acts like a screen. If you’re growing plants in a gallon or larger plastic nursery pot, cut the shade cloth about 6" larger than the diameter of the bottom of the pot. This will allow the shade cloth to come up 3" on all sides of the pot, covering all the drain holes. Then add the soil, pressing it slightly to make the shade cloth protrude slightly convex out the drain hole. Shade cloth is sometimes sold by the foot at large garden centers. This will keep all the soil in the pot while still providing adequate drainage, and keep all the bad bugs out!

On the large green toadstools, try to just remove the toadstool and about 3 inches of the top dirt in the pot, containing the scalia(roots) of the toadstool. Toadstools, or mushrooms usually are growing because of organic substances in the soil such as dead roots, bark, etc., so remove any sources of large organic debris from the soil. If this isn't possible, you may need to repot the plant. Good luck with your plant.

Take your potted jade plant outside where you need to wash it off with a hose, spray with water so that all the dirt is washed off and the plant is hopefully without any more bugs; then repot in a clean pot with new potting soil, water thoroughly and let sit until all the water is drained. Leave in an area that does not get direct sun and then take it indoors when there's a danger of frost, or when you're sure that the plant is not infected of any pests/bugs anymore.
