im 17 weigh 155 never eat foods in cholesterol or much sugar and exercise everyday and what whould you suggest to do to get healthier ? i ve always been a health freak

You sound pretty healthy to me...you should develop good aerobic as well as muscular fitness, so if you just lift weights, start doing something that will work your heart and lungs like swimming, biking, rowing, running, or dancing.

Well first off, your normal. You and I are the same age and have about the same weight (150lbs). So, what I would suggest to get healthier since your a "health freak" is pretty simple. Relax and don't worry so much about what you eat, just don't get too carried away. I am proud that you want to healthier but your still young and it shouldn't matter what others think of you. God is the only one that will judge you, so relax and have fun ;) God Bless!

It sounds to me like you're doing all the right things to be as healthy as you can be. I would simply recommend that you get all four food groups each day in your diet, eat frequently through the day to maintain your energy and blood sugar levels, and get some exercise a couple times a week through a venue that is enjoyable and fun. It wouldn't hurt to get a physical once a year as well. This way you can be reassured that you are healthy and cam nip any health problems in the butt, before they become a problem.

Here's a couple ideas to add to your regimen if you don't do these already. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water (or 64 oz) a day and eat lots of fruits and vegatables. The darker green the vegetable the more iron it has. Also put on sunblock every morning. Just because it's cloudy outside doesn't mean there's not any harmful UV rays present.

Cant really answer that question until you give us your height, if your around 5'10" and male you should be OK, but if your 5'2" and female then your overweight. log onto the Internet and google ideal body weight there should be some calculators to give you a better estimate; but how do you and others see you. A person knows when they are over wieght.

lots and lots of water!! It cleans out your system, gives you more energy, replenishes your nutrients when you exercise, causes you to eat less, etc..etc.. You should be getting at least 64 ounces of water a day, shoot for more if you really want to feel great.

Other than that, you sound like you're doing a good job.

How tall are you? (if you are mores than 5'8"... you are pretty healthy) Body Mass: Muscles to fat.
You sound okay.
(Anorexic people look thin, but they are composed of lots of fat and lose tons of brain cells)
1. Exercise religiously-- bike, run, swim...
2. Eat veggies and fruits
3. Do stretches
