Today is only Sunday. I suggest you get to reading.
When my students cheat, it's obvious. Every teacher knows abou the Cliff Notes & Movie routine.
Anyway, it's a really cool book.

Reading the cliff notes would probably help you. But I advise against watching the movie. There are too many things different in the movie from the book. But just reading notes you'd miss a lot of details that you could be tested on if you're reading it for school. (My personnel opinion of the book, it sucked)

You know they always change things when they make a movie. And your teacher will spot answers based on Cliff's notes in a second. So get off the computer and go read the book.

You will be missing all the poetry of the Fielding's novel. If you have a deadline for a homework, rush on cliff notes and watch the movie. But promise yourself you will read the novel one day or another. It is a masterpiece.

No, the imagery that you get personally from the style and words of the book will always be different from any film production. A film and clift notes are someone else's interpretation - you should get you own so you can show that you agree of disagree with them and why.

No, it will not be the same as reading the book. You will miss the subtlety and horrific beauty of Goldman's words and ideas.
