I have lost some chairs via a well known courier company and they say they are not responsible as they o nly guarantee delivery and not returns?? what should i do

If you are/were insured, make a claim.

There is no difference between delivery and returns - they are still both delivering things.

If you dont have insurance, then they can tell you to f*ck off.

Tell them to read the bill of lading again! They ARE responsible for the claims incurred on all freight they haul!

If you returned them that is meaning the company is delivering them back so it should be covered .

do you have a recite for the pick up return.....if you do it proves that they lost the items...and that you can make a claim
