well, i always see these girls, and sum r looking at me while others arent, and i dont know what to do. i need help!

You have to ask for it after you have engaged in some kind of conversation. During the conversation just say "hey I'd love to call you sometime". She'll give you an answer. Don't be afraid of rejection, and remember the world is a scary place for us sometimes. We need to get to know you before we start dating you.
The phone is the best way:)
