These days you can make anything compatible with the right equipment.and plugs. Call a local music store and I'm sure they can help you... or try to convince you not to do it. Car speakers are not means to crank out that kind of power. Not only will you blow your speakers but your car battery as well.

go to radio shack and get an adapter piece that make a small male end piece of a cord jack (adapter) and put it on a cassette adapter for a cd player. now you can play your guitar in your car!

Most car speakers do not have voice coils strong enough to handle it.

yes- but you will almost certainly blow them, as your guitar amps are probably for a lot more power than your car speakers are.
