put an ad in the paper saying that you are welcoming all the new people that have moved there then you wont have to worry about their address. Plus this way you dont look like a stalker.

Doesn't exist. The only way you would have access to that info if you were the USPS and you had access to a change of address list. Which is NOT public information. In today's day and age, you just cannot or should not have access to that information.

Try the real estate offices.They might not give names but they have addresses of newcomers
