Actually, some bees, like wasps, have the ability to keep on stinging. Other bees, like honeybees, die after stinging someone because it rips some of their organs out. That is why a bee will generally not attack you, it will wait until you threaten it or its colony.

I was stung last week by a bee. Hopefully he died after he stung me. I found his hive and the rest of his family died. Wrong move on his part.
I've heard that some of them die after stinging a person. It depends on if they left their stinger.

Yes they do die.The stinger and poison gland is torn out of the body when they sting you.The only exception as far as I know is when the hive is attacked by other bee.Then they can sting repeatedly.

I don't know if they die because they sting you....but if one stung me ...it DEFINITELY would die....I'd kill it!!
