my sister-in-law found her 2nd hand wedding dress at a wedding expo. She went there for ideas for the wedding, and found a stall of "pre-loved" wedding dresses! Ebay is also good... i found one on there with the heading "Wedding Dress, size 8, worn once by mistake" LOL

talk to as many people as you can . Usually someone will know who is getting married down the road and someone will eventually come forward and need one.
EBAY will help if you don't mind taking pics of it and all.
