Obstruction of justice, interference with police, hindering an investigation, filing a false report among others. A DA will decide that.

I just opened up a discussion on this also, bizarre. interesting i must admit. why would anyone admit to this or any involvement if you weren't involved SOME how.. I think for causing the stir it did, upsetting to the family also, thinking this could be a closure to things. and money spent for investigating. I'd bet he would be in some sort of trouble..

He will have a psychiatric analysis and it will depend on the results of that.
