If you've reached the point of begging then you must be desperate. If you're desperate some is better than none. You have to accept what someone else is willing to give. If you are being choosy then whatever you want should just be a request. Therefore you can take no as an answer.

They can.. I have seen one old lady, she was begger, when people gave her pennies, she threw them out right away.. she was very picky and she was chooser!!

because beggers take what ever they get and they dont make choices on what they get...on tha other hand choosers dont take all tha crap that beggers get so yeah...lol

They can be, but since they are in need they usually have to accept what is offered. If you need a new living room set and can't afford it, but your mom offers you the old one that's in the basement what do you do? Refuse it and do without or suck it up and take the set. It's like the old Catch-22!

Bc if you are a beggar, you shouldn't be picky, pretty much. Lol. Like if you don't have money for food and someone offers you a burger and you say, nah I want a chicken sandwich, it's like well you will take what you can get since you can't get it yourself... Funny, huh!

They are choosers. They choose to beg (as opposed to say... stealing).

Because, if you have nothing, then having something - even if it is not exactly what you want - MUST be better. (I can just imagine this hungry beggar going: "Could you put a $20 in my hat in stead of a $1? You cheap son of a gun!! - who would ever give to him again?)
