I am gettin a physical on thursday. I want to be ready.

If you are getting a physical, they will tell you what your blood pressure is. Alot depends not only on age but on weight, lifestyle, diet and exercise.
The American Heart Association places normal blood pressure at 115/75.

I don't believe any can pin the number down.
But I think you should be 120 to 140 and somewhere close to 75 or 80 and a pulse 70+-

110 over 70 for a female, dont be shocked if its not, just being nervous or scared will cause a rise in blood pressure, dont be surprised if its lower, everyone is different. Be surprised if its over 140 over 90, thats adult hypertension. But you cant diagnose hypertension in one office visit or physical, relax youll be fine.

A healthy reading for someone as young as you should not exceed 120mmHg for the top reading and not above 80mmHg for the lower reading. Good luck with the physical!
