Have you tried chamomile tea? Or Sleepytime Tea? Drugs can become addictive, so Ambien is not a good idea. I like taking a hot bath, havin my tea, and listening to slow music (its proven that music with slow tempos helps you fall asleep). I don't know how people fall asleep to movies...it keeps me up. Cut out all caffeine by noon.

the ngiht sky, the blackness, if it was morning 24 hours a day, i BET no one will sleep, its a psychological thing, we humans are used to it. Dark sky = bed time.
