Yogurt (to build the good bacteria -- make sure it's got active cultures)

Peppermint essential oil applied over the abdomen (dilute for sensitive skin; do not use prior to sun exposure; do not use if pregnant; keep away from sensitive areas)

Echinacea would probably be good for you, too. I'd take triple the lowest recommended dose for three days.

I'm sensing that if you do this, you'll feel much better very soon.
