There are writers groups who critique each other's work and for members of the group, this is free. But when you ask for editing, do you mean proof reading or revising? Because either of those are going to cost you money. Why do you need it edited? If you are submitting it for publication your publisher will have an editor work with you, and the manuscript will be proof read in the process of publication. If you are doing it just for your own enjoyment, then do your own editing, let friends or fellow writers read it, and accept criticism from them to correct your manuscript.
