I was laid out piss drunk on the bathroom floor Saturday night. I am married twenty years and didnt drink like that when I was single. I woke up to her laughter seeing me sleeping on the floor. I love to hear her laugh even when its at me. It was good medicine.

Yep sure do. I laughed at my boyfriend so hard one day when we went fishing and he was fishing from a tree and lost his balance and fell out of the tree. I was laughing at him so hard that I was crying. He said you would have laughed if I had got hurt. But no I would have stopped laughing right then and went to his rescue had he gotten hurt.

Humor in a relationship is vital to surviving those days where things are not so good for the wife. They suffer so much with their monthly cycle, that humor is the only thing that will work when nothing else does.

wow... the lead in to that sounded completely different! Yes, i laugh at my spouse when i probably shouldnt and he laughs at me too- rememer that a major part of being married is being friends, and friends can laugh at and with each other... just be sensitive to your partners needs and understand when some subjects are sacred to her and respect that!

One time my hubby had his nuts stepped on. As painful as it was for him I just had to laugh at the look on his face. The crunching sound that followed just made me giggle even more....
I know it wasn't very nice of me finding humor in him spilling his brand new can of cashews on the kitchen floor, but I just couldn't help myself. =)
