Does anyone know how to override a passwaord on micrsoft sign on screen?

On my computer when I turn it on I have different screen names . I changed my password and now I cant remember what it is so I cant sign on under my screen name. All the othe screen names are not administrator so I cant even make a new screen name??Can anyone help me?
