It's normal, but not really okay.
It depends on how old you are. If you're like 13, it's okay because you haven't really curbed yourself yet. But if you're like 16, you should just be making maybe a two or three second look. If you're older than 25, you should just glance.
It's one of those things that you naturally want to do, and there's nothing wrong with that, but you should have some manners and just not do it.
Of course, this may be confusing because alot of girls dress like they really WANT someone to look, but they don't.

No, it's disrespectful and uncomfortable for the girl to gawk at her. A quick glance and smile is fine, but don't stand there, eyeing her up and down with your tongue hanging out!
Have some self control!

Yeah, cuz u seem to be an oversexed & underf*ck'd adolescent.
You boys can't help but do that sort of thing. My suggestion is to keep the 'gawking' unobvious, and to try out the spellcheck on occasion.

theres 2 types of guys and only one get the girl. Theres the guy that walks by smiles at you keeps walking and might turn by for a last look and then theres the guy that goes 'hey mama you lookin good' and blows sleezy kisses at you and crouches on the ground checking you out. you get the hint

no way! i mean, a glance is fine, but total stare down is waay creepy. and to look at certain areas of her is so rude. girls get self conscious about that. and freaked out.
