I wear Saris all the time - are you wearing it to an Indian event? A wedding? a reception? random party? They're beautiful of course - but you have to wrap them real good. They make you look real tall! I love 'em - I hope you have fun wearing it.

Sari is an indian traditional dress.
You wear it which consists of a blouse, petticoat and 5 yard length material.
It is meticulously wrapped.
You have to walk gracefully for it would not sit right.
We, Indian ladies usually wear a sari after marriage.

I'm Indian and although I haven't worn one out yet...I've tried on a few and I love the fact that they can make me look taller. lol. I think a sari is very elegant and flatters almost all body types. They're beautiful!

I would love to try one. I have some Indian friends who would like to see me in one of my maid's uniforms and if I do that they will let me try on a sari

I have 3 of them, and I'm African American. I also have an outfit with a trapeze like top and capri bottoms. I only wear them for dressy occasions though. If you get one have them teach you how to wrap it correctly or you'll be offending a lot of people.

I did on my first date a few years ago. Sure, it's rather unusual for an American male to wear one. But I properly attired myself with swim fins, mask, snorkel, a pink tu-tu & a aluminum foil hat ( for better radio reception.). Sadly, she wouldn't anwer the door when I rang.
