You probably get about equally wet and look sillier :) I laugh when people run in the rain even though I do it on occassion. But when you run I think you splash a lot of water from the ground on you; if it has been raining for a little while anyways.

I think you get the same amount of wet.
The process of running causes the rain to hit you faster. I've never actually tested this theory. I love to play in the rain!
