David tennant definitely although i thought Christopher eccleston was a good Doctor.

Don't enjoy David Tennant's character or the scripts as much. Tom Baker *is* the Doctor though...

David Tennant. Now granted, I'm in Canada, and have only seen him in the final moments of series one and in "The Christmas Invasion", but anyone who gets me to sit with my jaw drop in thirty seconds, is a great doctor in my books! Christopher Eccleston, he was good, but I never felt that he was the doctor.

I'm not a big fan of Christopher eccleston but he absolutely blew me away with his Dr.
David tennant is ok but, as a Scot, i don't see why he had to change his accent. there was a joke in the first episode about the Dr having a northern accent so they could have kept that up with him having an even more northern accent.
btw u should know that tom baker is the voice which delivers text messages from mobiles to landline phones. it is done phonetically so it sounds very robotic, however, if you put extra spaces between the sylables (wrong spelling but its midnight) and the words it sounds more realistic.

Agree, about chemistry between Chris Eccelston and Billie Piper made it great to watch, although I think David Tennant is a better Doctor Who, will be interesting to see how the chemistry is between him and his new sidekick!

David Tennant all the way. He could do serious, yet funny and sad all within a few seconds! lol I also feel his chemistry with Billie piper was much deeper too.
