If you mean dance training/classes, then going 7 days a week is too much, as your body needs to rest to avoid getting overuse injuries. But professionals and professionally-bound dancers can handle morning-to-evening classes with lunch and dinner breaks 5 days a week plus a shorter day on Saturdays as long as there are some vacations scattered throughout the year. Then, of course, when there is a show, they dance throughout the entire week - but their body begins to feel the wear and tear.
School-aged dance students can handle dancing 20 hours a week. (More during hell week and the time of the show.) Anyone who is dancing less than 12 hours a week as a teenager is only dancing for fun.

Like dancing for fun or dance classes? I guess it just depends on you and how much you really love it or how much you are committed to it, if you are talking about lessons. My best friend's little sister is 14 and she takes dance 6 days a week anywhere from 2-6 hours a day. I think that's pretty out of control but she wants to go to NYU to be a dancer and eventually own her own studio. If you're talking about for fun...I think it's great to do just for fun or to relieve stress so I say you do it as often as you want as long as it doesn't interfere with more important stuff!

If the amount of dancing straight would get you close to matching that in the Guiness Book of World Records, then it's probably too much...
If you have some medical issues (like a recent hip or knee replacement), any dancing could be too much...
Are we talking about ballroom, ballet, jazz, tap, club, swing, country, line, square, etc? are you just bored with your classes and want to cut back? are you talking about dancing without a break, or just a number of classes a week?

well make sure your body gets enough rest, e.g. 8 hours of sleep per day. if it isn't, you're working out too much.
your feet will get alot of veins 'cause they've been overworked. and when somebody attempts a back massage, you'll feel achy all over. that's overworked; or over-stretched.
you could dance 1-2 hours everyday (normal training) and still be alright.
but the best would be 2hours min. intensive training at least 2 days a week.
for professional dancers, though, they dance just about everyday.
and if performances/competitions are near, expect it to be more gruelling.

Depends on what kind of dancing you are talking about. If you mean social dancing, weekends are great. If you mean ballroom dancing, then you need to train and work out several days a week. If you mean ballet, or professional dancing, it's an every-day event. No days off.
So you need to give us a few more clues about what kind of dancing you are talking about .

It depends on how serious you are. My company students dance every week day from 1-3 hours a day. If you really love to dance, there is no such thing as "too much".

It depends on how long you have been dancing. I've been going to my sister's dance recitals ever since i was two and she was three she NEVER stops dancing. At some moments it can get annoying but at other times it's kind of cool.I don't think there is ever going to be too much dane time. just have fun with what you do.

Well broadway dancers do 8 shows a week. Professional ballerinas take class five days a week. I would say that there can never be too much dance. That is until your completely exhusted.

a lot of ballerina's go all week, but some go 2-3 hours everyother day and at the end of the week pratice 5 hrs a day. there really is no limit to your dancing as long as you are sleeping, enjoy it, and are not hurting or pushing yourself too hard.
