All gangster movies are dumb. They have to lie to you in order to make the movie and cash in on it. If people saw how they actually worked there'd be a lot of lynchings and the government would topple overnight.

You not gonna see this bad guy again, because once wealth is attained, those who attain it have lawyers, accountants and a host of advisers to conceal their thievery and immorality. So, 'say hello to my lille friend'.
Get by the language and violence and you will find that its worth seeing, again.
The original Scarface with Paul Muni dealt with guns and bootlegging. The newer version dealt with drugs and wealth where we were all 'welcomed to the limit'
I can only wonder what Scarface III will have as its theme.

Nope, I wasn't too fond of the movie either, it was pretty much a waste of my time. My friends loved it though.

yes it is dumb and not enteraining at all. those kinds of movies are never anything but evil against evil and no one is coming out to the good. ie the sopranos. yuck.

I didn't care for it that much, either; although I thought it was just okay. I've seen better that held my attention.
