who cares about the moon.. does reaching to the moon help us anyhow?

If humans didn't exist there probably be another race that wold have it's own technology maybe better or not it they might even find a way to go to the moon just like we did.

humans defined what is perfect. if there are no humans in the world, then the world will never know what is perfect or not. the world and the organisms in it will continue to live and no one will think if the world they live in is perfect or not.
science is for the hungry minds. curiosity brings out thinking and dream of the impossible. even during the great greeks time, they had think of ways to go to the moon. it is but natural for man to think of this things. just as you ask why this is so.

Getting to the moon didnt do anything but the technology invented did.
As far as "perfect" goes...the world does not have its own point of view as to what it should or shouldnt be like. If we wipe out, animals would still die from starvation, competition and predation. It just seems like humans are good at adapting to the world.

Impossible, perfection is a human concept, if there were no humans, there would be no one to say, "Yep, this is perfect." Maybe in a million years some other critters might start talking and making aesthetic judgements, but wouldn't that make them humans, basically?
