"Dear Frankie" I don't think it was meant to be a Romantic Movie but it is one just the same. It is such a heart warming story. http://www.miramax.com/dearfrankie/
Then one of my favorite Romantic movies is "Sense and Sensibility" http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0114388/plotsummary. In my opinion, this is as romantic as romantic can get.

I would suggest Robin Williams - What Dreams May Come. It really showed me what true love is and may mean for someone. It also helped me with realizing that a true soul mate can exist.
