I have to agree...the storylines are getting pretty stale. I am getting really tired of Edge vs. Cena, and Finlay vs. Lashley, and the whole King Booker character is really lame and embarassing, not to mention the Spirit Squad. Also, Khali isn't going to last long in my opinion. Huge guy, but he's lame as a character, can't really wrestle, can't speak any decipherable words of English, and has no real finisher except a chop to the head. OOH. Either Vince is pandering to Indian fans or he was just desperate for a storyline for the Undertaker.
Oh well, at least Jeff Hardy's back with WWE, and since the reunion of DX is going over so well, could a Hardy Boyz reunion be in the offing? Let's hope, because the tag team ranks are kinda stale as well. No one cares about London and Kendrick except for a few teenage girls, and they care even less about Jamie Noble and Kid Kash. They haven't had enough buildup or quality TV time to put them over with the fans adequately.
Now I need to rant for a second. Is everyone else as tired as I am of the whole Eddie Guerrero related storylines with Chavo, Rey, etc.? They have taken Eddie's death and absolutely whored his memory out for ratings and income. And even Eddie's wife is getting involved with it now. Vince should be ashamed. If he was doing it to raise money for Eddie's family, kids, etc. that's one thing... but this just reeks of simple exploitation for profit. hardly a proper tribute to an entertainer of Eddie's caliber.
One last thing... is anyone else annoyed by all the flashing DX logos, pictures of bridges blowing up, etc. that flash on the tv screen as DX comes out to the ring? They are REALLY annoying and go on for far too long. I can see it for a few seconds while they make their appearance, but please... at times they are still doing it when HHH or HBK starts talking. It's distracting, and a bit cheesy. Of course, cheesy is what made Vince rich...

Yes, Vince does need some new writers, but we can't expect much as when he does get more writers, he goes to hollywood to get them and most of them have no clue what happens in wrestling or how to make storylines for it.
If we could get former wrestlers and personalities from behind the scenes doing the storylines, they would be tons better.
But another major problem with the WWE is, is that Vince and Stephanie McMahon are the heads of creative. Meaning they make the storylines approved or not, and Vince has lost his touch with the fan base and has no clue how to market to today's wrestling market.

I think the raw story lines are quite good. Having said that I think its time for some of them to come to an end. But I think Vince also knows this. He did not get to where he is now without knowing what he is doing. The smack down show has been quite embracing for quite some time. King Booker.... all the king of the ring should be tossed out.

Vince needs to just stay in his office, so we don't have to see his ugly face anymore, or that stupid " Ball Shaking " walk of his.

Better writers, nickelodeon and soap opera writers dont belong in pro wrestling scripting.
