I think if Iran really wanted nuclear power, they could have had one up an running with help from the western nations. They are willing to put up with sanctions and be isolated from most of the world to continue.
Unless the international community gets serious, they will have nuclear weapons

Iran is unholy, not the USA. If Iran has nukes you can bet they'll aim them at anyone they consider infidels, that is any country of non Muslims. That's not self-defense. That's outright murder of hundreds of millions of people. How you can condone such behavior is beyond me.
