What a super question and exciting actuality approximately Bundy and his sufferer determination. clever well being is a huge thank you to strengthen no longer in basic terms posture yet physique and power. i've got been doing the two analyze and imposing as i pass. I already see a distinction. additionally a corrective chiropractic plan is very mandatory. frequently our posture reflects the place our physique is leaning faraway from nerve inflammation we are no longer even responsive to. i think like i've got been a poster toddler for that little common actuality. i'm recuperating now. i've got blanketed some hyperlinks under. sturdy luck on your seek!

Really any type of exercise works for the posture because you are tightening the muscles that are around the spine. Yoga, Pilate's, weight lifting, swimming are all good for that.

yoga is gr8 for improving your posture, but i would just do some stretches at home, like back bends. try seeing how long you can hold the back bend. stretch EVERY DAY! also, when you are sitting down, keep your back against the back of the chair straightly.

pillates works on the core muscles of your body (stomach, back, chest, ect) this will help your posture nicely, it will tighten your muscles and help you sit straight, and it also helps with backpain :)
i got surgery on my back a long time ago and i cant do regular excersizes like crunches or anything, so pillates actually helped me quite a bit. good luck~

Situps to strengthen your stomach muscles and back lifts (laying face down over a bench, leaning down at the waist and pulling your upper body back up) to strengthen your back muscles.
