Based on some of the facts, I think no, but I really want him to be guilty. I don't know why, but I guess I want justice to this crime. I hear that he new facts not open to the public, but I also hear that he got some facts wrong. He might have said it to get out of a Thailand jail (and you thonght USa jaisl were bad, just imagian). We will just have to wait and see.

The media needed a new case, and a pretty little girel, was perfect, if she was ugly, maybe it would not have been the same. But a pretty rich girl, killed on chirstmas, that is too good to give up. She did pagents, so boy did that help.

Why did they put JonBenet Ramsey's case on tv? Why not somebody else's? What makes her so special? Was she picked from random, or was she a movie star?

i imagine he did because on the files very last nite it reported he became married to a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old lady a lengthy time period decrease back and is ex-spouse reported he like little females, i'm positive he did why take the blame and spend something else of your existence in reformatory for something you probably did not even do? So i imagine he did. all data factors to him.......

It is sad that someone would falsely admit to such a horrible crime. The more I read about him, the more I'm thinking he was not really involved, unless he is just really smart and knows how to make himself sound crazy enough. There is DNA evidence from Jon Bonet, we will know soon enough if he is a match. If not they should make an example out of this fruit.

As you probably know, there is a 'presumption of innocence' standard in the U.S. which means a person is innocent until proven guilty.

I personally think he wants to be punished, whether or not he is the killer.

I also think he is probably on estrogen and would have eventually gotten a sex change so he could compete in transgenered or transexual beauty pageants in Thailand. It is not that unusual for a killer to identify with his victim.

I honestly think No since I thought about it because the clues don't match up he said that he got her from school and took her home but they were home for christmas brake thats what is really odd to me I just think that he is a sicko and a threight to all young children out there all over the world!!!!

I think he's sick, for sure. Whether or not he did it?? I don't know. He supposedly knows things about the crime that no one but the killer could know. His (now ex) wife claims he was with her in another state at the time.

I'm waiting to hear on the DNA. If his DNA was on her body, then I believe he did it.

Actually, yes I do think it's him. I think it was an accident, I think he became obsessed with JonBenet and things got out of hand. He was probably hurting her and she wouldn't be quiet and he killed her. I think he's had allot of time to plan, think and get himself in the position he's in.

I don't really know at this point. It would be highly stupid of him to confess to a crime he didn't commit but he just seems like an extremely odd person.

I really really want to believe that he did it- but I don't know.
I actually think that it was the father (it might be her step dad) But I believe that he did it, and the mother helped cover up his tracks. Which, i don't want to believe that parents could ever do that to their child- but this world is crazy.
