Appears to be sometype of online store or auction or something to that nature.

Looks like they deal with vintage items or antiques.

Maybe a virus, be careful. If you do not know what something is, best bet would be to delete it.

Probably spam.

The best thing to do is not to open unknown e-mails, for you could get harmful viruses and whatnot.
