my parents died and well i want to send my mom a present her birthday is this week

They go to heaven if they believe in God. Just pray to God and he'll be sure to give your mom the message! He's always listening!

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's never easy when you loose someone in death. But, according to the bible, when someone dies, nothing happens. It is just as that person is in a deep sleep.
-Ecclesiates 9:5 says: "For the living are conscious that the will die, but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all..."
-Psalms 146:3,4- "Do not put your trust in nobles nor in the son of earthling man to whom no slavation belongs. His spirit goes out, he goes back to his his ground and in that day his thoughts do perish." (this emphasizes that all men die someday and when they do, they simply are unconscious.)
Also, when the bible tells the story of Lazarus and how Jesus resurrected him, it doesn't show that Lazarus, when dead, went to either heaven or hell. Don't you think if he went to heaven or even hell, he would have told everyone?
But also, since you said you want to send her a gift, I thought that you should know that the bible warns against communicating with the dead. (Isaiah 8:19, Leviticus 19:31, Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Galatians 5:19-21).
On the plus side, the bible gives hope."Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement."- John 5:28.29
-Everyone that death took will have a chance at the true life that God promises.
"For the meek ones themselves will posess the earth and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."- Psalms 37:11

Even though she is not with you at the moment, she knows that you love her and u want to send her a present. Wherever she is right now i'm sure she is very proud with the lovely daughter she has.

This is really sad, but I think that even if you can't give her what you want in person, if you think about her really much she will feel it wherever she is and that is going to make her happy.
