Girls and guys How do I win my girlfriend back?

We have been together two years. I know she is the one for me and I love her so much. I said really stupid things to her out of angry and she says I need to tell her things from my heart to make her know how sorry I am. I told her I love her and adore her and worship her but she still doesnt believe me. Girls what would a guy have to say to you to win you back? and Guys what have you said to make a girl get back with you? please i need help

I agree with Mandy. you need to tell her why you love her and not just that you do. and one cute little thing you could do would be to buy her a dozen roses and take her into the bathroom. have her look in the mirror and tell her she is looking at the 13 most beautiful things in the world. or something like that, i thought that was cute. be original and most of all have it come from your heart. good luck. :)

dude that is so fucing weak. you told her you love her and adore her and worship her?
anyone can say that. i can even say that. saying doesnt mean anything...

you have to SHOW her that you mean it. and you need to stop being a jerk to her. and what are these really stupid things u said to her? depending on the level of meaness it can affect how much you have to put into it to win her back.

show her..
or just kneel outside her place until she takes u back.
show her that you want to have another chance
also if u offended her tell her sorry to what you said. cant help u on that part cuz no one knows what you said to her and how damaging it was.

and then in the end...
if all else fails you just have to let go and look back on what you did and what you lost and learn how to avoid it.

Make sure you tell her you know that YOU were wrong. Suck it up, bring out the tears if you have too. And if she wants a little bit of space, give it to her. Dont call every day with the "oh I love you I need you" stuff cause it makes you look clingy, and im my history any guy that begs will inevitably do the same thing all over again.

Don't buy her anything - the girl will think you're just trying to "get her" with money.

You just need to be sincere in your love to her. Love don't only make of words. You have to show it. Usually when you are in deep love with a person, you don't need to do much. Your behaviours will show it automatically and the opposite party will feel it naturally. That is true love.
