=(2/4) * (sqrt(12)) / (sqrt(27))
=(1/2) * (sqrt(12)) / (sqrt(27))

=(1/2) * (sqrt(4*3)) / (sqrt(9*3))
=(1/2) * 2(sqrt(3)) / 3(sqrt(3))
=(1/2) * (2/3) * (sqrt(3)) / (sqrt(3))
=(2*1/2*3) * 1
=(1/3)
