It's possible he was shy or then again it could mean he really was not interested. Him looking at you after the fact could mean it dawned on him that a chick asked him out. Just Ignore him, he might be the one asking you out instead later on. If not there are other guys around so don't be disappointed.

I think even tho he said no..you should still kind of flirt with him but don't be mean! Act like you have the same interests as he does but don't go overbored! he will eventaly start to like you...by the way you might wanna find out y he said no..!

Just don't bother. He's not interested, so find someone who is. Rolling your eyes too much may make someone think you're having a seizure or something.
And if he is interested in you, he's got issues that you don't want to bother with, most importantly, he's indecisive.
