You can't download anything from the internet if you don't have the internet. However, if you know someone that has the installer, then they can put it on a memory stick and you can install it on your computer from there. But you will still need the internet to use AIM.

You do not need the internet to INSTALL AIM, if you go to the US post office they should have AOL DISKS. The AOL disks not only have the AOL software they have ALL ALL programs, including veyr old versions of AOL if you have a very old computer and don't have internet access.
Depending on what computer you are using... Load the CD-rom into your computer and use EXPLORE it (do not use AUTORUN). You wil find directories and in there will be AIM.
You will need a modem if you want to Instant Message anyone
