Have the #6 pick in my Draft. Most likely Portis, Tiki, Rudi Johnson, Steven Jackson and E James will be avail. Who should I pick? I am really concerened about Portis coz of the shoulder. Tiki is getting old. Don't know what to expect out of Jackson. #6 seems a bit too high for Rudi.

I think that at least one of those choices will be gone, maybe 2. Steven Jackson is the one with the most upside. Although portis is better, i would rather avoid him all together. Jackson will be a running and receiving threat. if he is not available than I would take Tiki Barber, althoug his age is a factor (he is ammazing). If he is not available I would either take James or Cadilac williams. I like them about the same... ANd if the other two are gone than you have a shot at him...
What ever you do, don't take manning if his available. Big mistake, too early to take him

6th - I would avoid Portis, its just too much of a risk until you know for sure he is healthy.

Tiki is a solid pick here IF he falls that far I dont think he will.

Steven Jackson, now here is a guy you should take if you dont mind a small gamble with tremendous upside potential.

Edge is being overlooked to the point where he slides to 6,7,8 even 9 in some leagues. he is also a gamble but I dont beleive he has the upside of Jackson.

Good luck and enjoy the football.

At 6th pick, I think S. Alexander, LJ, LT, T. Barber, and Edge won't be availble. C. Portis and R. Johnson are your best picks in this place, and till Portis can show that's he's OK to play and play at his level, I'm going with R. Johnson.

Jackson. Wait on portis and maybe steal him later. Yah, he's got an injured shoulder but 1. not that bad, will start and 2. Betts and Duckett aren't that good

when do you draft right now
1. Jackson
2. James
3. Johnson
4. Portis
If Portis is declared ok to play I would take him first and move the others down

I would take Tiki. He is getting older, but he sure didnt show any signs of slowing last year. Regardless you will get a quality running back whoever you pick. I have the same draft number in my draft on Wednesday.

I would take Edge because his recievers should loosen up the defenses.
