"Shine On You Crazy Diamond," Pink Floyd and
"Into Eternity" from Vangelis' 1492. Possibly also "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life" from The Life of Brian.

Y'know, I logged on partly to ask this question myself.... you've been a meddling in my head again, haven't you!
I would have
'Life's What You Make It' by Talk Talk,
'Singing Land' by Dougie MacLean
'New Day' by Shack
'Love This Life' by Crowded House
'Among The Wicklow Hills' by Christie Moore
'Rock The Casbah' by Clash (although I hope to not still be making comments on War in Middle East by then... yikes!)
'Into The Mystic' by Van Morrison
As they are dragging whatever's left of my sorry @rse through the curtains to the cremation ovens it would either be:
'Journey of The Sorcerer' by The Eagles (Hitchhikers Guide to The Galaxy theme)
'The Great Gig in The Sky' by Pink Floyd (though that might be a touch over-blown)
Or Coelocanth By ShriekBack (eerie and mournful - but with the sound of the sea lurking in there too)
And for a reading... that bit of 'The Prophet' by Kahlil Gibran that talks about:
'Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of life's longing for itself...' and the bit on death that begins:
'You would know the secret of death . But how shall you find it unless you seek it in the heart of life....'
But then - there cold be so much more wonderful tunes over the next 40 or 50 years.... so it is a list open to revision (even though I note that most of them are already more than 10 years old...)
...

Well I have great faith in miracles so I'd like them to play "wake me up before you go go" by wham and for any doubters who visit my grave shortly after, inscribed on the headstone, " back in 5 minutes "
