Pads are thinner now and more absorbant so either is fine, comfort and security are more important. You could also use an overnight pad on your more heavy days to help you feel more secure.

You haven't had your period for a year straight non stop right? Tampons are good for sports and swimming, but they can be uncountable because if you don't chand it like every 1 to2 hours it can get over filled and end up in your panties, and on your pants. Try em out you may like em, make sure you read the packect included in the box because there are risk's in using tampons

Do tampons! I was at a school b-ball game and a girls pad fell out in the middle of the game! And pads are more comfortable!

pads are ok to use just as long as they are comfortable for you. but if they are uncomfortable then i suggest trying tampons to see if you like them better. i am a gymnast and pads dont work to well for gymnastics so i have to use tampons and personnally i dont think they are THAT comfortable like some people say but they ARE a lot esier so i highly suggest them. also go to beinggirl.com
hope helped!

Use whatever you are comfortable with. But if you are moving, tampons will prevent leaking and as a precaution, you can wear a thin panty liner as well.
