The problem of loosing weight really quick is that you'll get it back as fast! so sometimes is better to do things slowly but worthy.
Change your bad eating habits( if you have any) don't stop eating, people think that's the way to go, but unfortunately they are wrong, eat more veggies and fruts, snakc with healthy stuff and start exercising a little more often. Walk is a great way to start.

Nothing actually works that quickly in trying to lose weight. The pills are basically just appetite suppressors, and as soon as you quick taking them the lbs come back, not to mention they do take a while. It's only healthy to lose MAYBE 2 pounds a week.
A suggestion though, drink lots and lots of water, maybe take fluid pills to take off any water weight that you may have, and don't snack between meals. If you get hungry between meals, drink water to make you feel full...

How fast for one? Cuz if your talking 20 pounds in like 2 weeks. Its impossible without those stupid completely unsafe crash dieting pills. If its not too too soon. try exercising twice a day and eat healthy foods. Try to stay away from bread, potatoes, and Corn. If you have bread don't have potatoes. switch off you know what I mean. and try to stay away from high in calories Pastas and all that jazz. Just take care of yourself. Stay active. Never just sit. For example when you are watching t.v sit with those 2-5 pound weights and do different things. Like leg lifts, and arms exercises. and remember to have fun cuz you don't want to over exert yourself. and always have water with you. Oh yeah and if you stop drinking sodas you will can lose up to 10 pounds just by doing that.

It is unhealthy to lose more then 8 pounds in a month. Start by eating healthy meaning lean meats, ots of veggies, water and not a lot of fatty or sugary foods, make small sustainable changes in your diet, don't go from burgers to tofu and string beans. and increase your level of activity and exercise. Lastly remember Muscle weighs more then fat I have gone from a size 26 to a size 20 in the past 2 years but only gone from 260lbs to 248lbs

You can not loose weight QUICKLY!!! And you can nto loose weight without controlling what you eat either...not in a healthy way! If it was true, no one would be overweight. You have to be patient and set realistic goals.

Impossible! You can't do it. Not unless you get up at 6 o'clock in the morning and and excercise ALL day untill 9 o'clock at night! Good Luck...

You eat seven small portions a daybut of diffrent things my sister did it and she lost 6pounds in a month.
