I had a boy and I was completely exhausted. I could have just slept for twelve hours but I would wake up feeling like I slept for only two minutes. I carried "vertically" (I was told vertically=boy, horizontally=girl).
I called three other "boy" pregnancies of friends and family (just found out about a third). They said they were exhausted and I was right, all three.

Nothing but birth (and an amnio) can determine the sex of the baby but here are some things they say determine the sex
It's a boy if:
You didn't experience morning sickness in early pregnancy
Your baby's heart rate is less than 140 beats per minute
You are carrying the extra weight out in front
Your belly looks like a basketball
Your areola have darkened considerably
You are carrying low
You are craving salty or sour foods
You are craving protein - meats and cheese
Your feet are colder than they were before pregnancy
The hair on your legs has grown faster during pregnancy
Your hands are very dry
Your pillow faces north when you sleep
Dad-to-be is gaining weight too
Pregnancy has you looking better than ever
Your urine is a bright yellow in colour
Your nose is spreading
If you hang your wedding ring over your belly, it moves in circles
You are having headaches
You add your age at the time of conception and the number for the month you conceived the number is even
It's a girl if:

these are just sayings ok and no scientific basis at all.
they say if you have dark neck, nape, armpits it's a boy
if you are blooming and you have a beautiful aura it's a girl
if your tummy specially the navel area is somewhat flat it's a girl
if ur preggy and still having sex and having hard time to orgasm and almost dry it's a girl.
these are just sayings but i observed that sometimes it has a little connection.

a ultrasound is the most accurate but not 100%. I carried my son low and round just like a basketball. My daughter high and very wide the whole pregnancy i just looked like i was getting very fat not pregnant at all even my neighbor did not believe i was 8 months i just honestly looked very wide and fat. This baby is a BOY I'm caring him low and fat i look the same as i did with my daughter like i attack ice cream pints every day.

the signs are the same,and when you go to the doctors they can't tell you for sure. i was suppose to be a boy(lol) in fact that they said it was an 93% chance i was a boy. but i guess i proved them wrong. but when you go shopping buy alot of stuff with alot of yello or blue or maybe even green but don't go shopping buying all girl stuff or all boy stuff buy something like a white crib with maybe blue blankets.`

Check your pulse. If your pulse rate is normal, but beating is more intensive under fourth finger on a right wrist – you should expect a boy, left – a girl.

If the heartbeat is above 165 it's a Girl... below is a boy.

a sonagram will tell you for sure.
a needle on a string over the right wrist.
if it swings in a line. a boy
a circle, a girl.
